Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the cv899 platform (accessible at https://cv899.io and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof, collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cv899 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

To register and maintain an account on cv899, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Bangladesh players must be 21 years or older to participate on the Platform, consistent with responsible gaming best practices applicable in the region.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and where such prohibition has been communicated to cv899.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of cv899, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had an account on the Platform that was suspended, closed, or terminated by cv899 for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in conjunction with, any third party when registering or using the Platform.

cv899 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time during your use of the Platform. Failure to meet any of the above criteria may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any balances held therein, subject to applicable law.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on cv899. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. cv899 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying cv899 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

cv899 will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from cv899, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

cv899 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. We reserve the right to request identity verification documentation at any point, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of the registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing the account holder's name and number).
• Source of funds declaration where transaction volumes warrant additional scrutiny.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. cv899 reserves the right to place a hold on account funds for a reasonable period while verification is in progress. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. cv899 currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). cv899 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any foreign currency without prior written approval.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. cv899 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cv899 account within minutes of a successful transfer. In the event of a delay, players should contact support with the transaction reference number before attempting to repeat the deposit.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be made to an account or mobile wallet that is registered in the same name as your cv899 account. cv899 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. cv899 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. cv899 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.6 Refusal of Transactions. cv899 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that is believed to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, cv899 may report the transaction to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

cv899 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's dedicated page. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. The contribution table for each promotion is published on the promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active and the wagering requirement remains outstanding, a maximum bet limit per round or per bet applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: cv899 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, wagering contrary to the spirit of a promotion, or placing hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be abusing bonus systems will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent account closure.

cv899 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be withdrawn from any account at cv899's sole discretion where misuse is suspected.

7.1 General. All bets placed on the cv899 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets including cricket — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market as displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

7.2 Sports Betting. cv899 offers betting markets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers ODI, Test, and T20I fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, the stated odds are locked. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform and may be suspended at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Voided Bets. A bet may be voided if a match or event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, abandoned, or if the bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a system error. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

7.4 Maximum Payout. cv899 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per account per day. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be adjusted at cv899's discretion. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout limit will be capped at the stated limit regardless of the theoretical outcome.

7.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software failure during gameplay, cv899 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the error. cv899 will make reasonable efforts to identify affected players and restore account balances to their pre-error state. No claim may be made against cv899 for losses arising from technical errors beyond the restoration of the pre-error balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv899 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to relevant legal authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Exploitation of discovered vulnerabilities will result in account closure and legal action where warranted.
• Charging back or reversing a payment after it has been used to fund gambling activity on the Platform.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or acting as an intermediary for third-party gambling.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other service designed to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

cv899 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or a method of recovering previous losses. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from the account settings panel:

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cv899 implements SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. Payment credentials for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions are processed through the respective payment providers' secure systems and are not stored on the cv899 Platform.

cv899 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. cv899 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In no event shall cv899's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cv899 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cv899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from cv899.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider.
• Suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to cv899.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at cv899's discretion to the extent permitted by law. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via a supported payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

cv899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cv899's operating jurisdiction. Many disputes can be resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

Bangladesh players acknowledge that they access the Platform on their own initiative and at their own risk, and that local laws regarding online gambling may differ from the laws of cv899's operating jurisdiction. cv899 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction.
